May I Know how the process of ONGC share sale takes place? As a retail investor, How can I participate and purchase shares in this issue? And also I want to Know why the share price is fixed at Rs.290, which is almost equal to current market price?. Usually, In FPOs, retail investors enjoy the benefit of availing the share at discount rate. In the new process, such facility is not available. Eradication of such facility mean that the company is not interested to sell the shares to retailers.
